SJP By Sarah Jessica Parker Now At Nordstrom!

The newest most exciting celebrity designer collection, now at Nordstrom, is SJP by Sarah Jessica Parker.  So many people have loved her style since she was Carrie on Sex In The City.  She's been followed everywhere by the paparazzi and we're often treated to pictures of her style roaming the streets of New York City.  Have you ever imagined yourself in her shoes?  Now you can literally experience such a thing.  Let's take a look at some of the things being offered in the SJP by Sarah Jessica Parker collection.

Nordstrom, shoes, purses, handbags, trench coats

The first thing you should know is that the shoes aren't in every Nordstrom store.  They are online but the stores that are initially showcasing the collection are listed at the bottom of this page.

I was really hoping there would be a shoe named Carrie and there is.  You see how it is a quintessential Carrie Bradshaw type of pump in purple, nude or black.  The Nordstrom website even gives complete looks with the collection to illustrate how to style the items.  For instance, here's the Carrie and styled with the SJP trench coat.

Nordstrom, shoes, coats, SJP Collection, style

Here we have the Maud Sandal, which comes in a variety of colors, and a way to style it.

SJP by Sarah Jessica Parker, Nordstrom

You really need to check out the full collection.  There are purses, sandals, flip flops, espidrills, and more.  On the Nordstrom website are videos, a blog with SJP,  and a Pinterest contest to win a collection of SJP shoes worth $2000!  There is so much information online, you really should spend some time looking at it all.

Below are the locations where the shoes are currently displayed:

The Grove (Los Angeles)
San Francisco Centre (San Francisco)
Santa Anita (Arcadia)
South Coast Plaza (Costa Mesa)
Topanga (Canoga Park)

It's pretty exciting to look at.  Shoes are always fun, don't you think?  I couldn't wear as high a heel as Sarah Jessica Parker, but I could do sandals and flats, for sure.

Do you think the shoes are representative of her style?  What do you like the look of the best?

Styled My Converse Differently Today

I thought it might be cute to tie my Converse All-Star sneakers together with the tank top I was wearing by adding matching ankle socks.  These probably aren't the best pictures.  Everything came out a little dark today.  I was wearing denim capris, a hot pink tank top with a bright blue sweater, hot pink ankle socks and my Converse All Stars in a dusty blurple with pink.

Converse AllStar Chucks, Capris, fashion, style, ankle socks

I'd call this really casual but oh so comfortable.  I've always loved Converse.   I used to wear black high tops when I was in grade school.  I'm sure everyone thought I was a wierdo then.  It's awesome when a trend comes around that you work when you were the greatest dork in school.

How do you style your Converse?

Outfit Of The Day - How To Layer Affordable Clothing

Today on a little old trip to the Mayo for some poking and prodding, I wore the outfit below.  I'm being forced to learn that you can put together a really fantastic outfit on a budget.  This one is very affordable.

The first thing you have to know is Old Navy has some awesome in style affordable clothes.  They have talls on line.  TALLS IN SHIRTS AND DRESSES, people!!!!  How often can you find tall shirts?  Like never!!!  That turned me into an Old Navy lover for life.  This sweater in grey and the grey and white dress come from Old Navy.  I bought them off the rack so they're not talls, but the length is fine.  I probably could have used a tall in the dress but I needed it now.  So there ya go.  The list price is $39.00 but like I said, there's always a sale.  Sometimes it's better online and sometimes in the store so watch.  The dress has a list price of $29.94 and see above reference what I paid.

I love this necklace!  I got it at Patty's Closet in Anchorage for just $12!!  I'm going to show you this store in a post soon and tell you why you have to shop there!

How to layer clothing, Old Navy, Kohls, Patty's Closet, boots, Nordstrom, Sweater, dress

I have to tell you, I don't like the folds I got from the neck fusion.  I understand why it's there now because I read the surgeon's notes today.   Yikes, it was a terrible mess after I fell on the ice.  Wow!  So, ew, I was in a neck brace for almost nine months, the hard collar kind...well, if you're a regular reader, you saw it before, all blingy and pretty.  But this time, my neck didn't turn out pretty.  Anyway....UGH!

The belt is silvered and is from a pair of shorts I got at Kohl's a few years ago.  I always take the belts out and put them aside.  LISTEN UP!!!  If you get some belt or accessory on a clothing item that you're not going to use at the time, just set it aside because you never know when it's going to be the piece that you need to finish off your outfit.  Am I right or am I right????

The leggings are from Fred Meyer.  Again, if you're in the PNW, you know how often things go on sale and about the weekly coupons.  It pays to wait, if you can, until your item is in the sale group unless you need it that night.  If you're in the Lower 48 and Hawaii, you can find the same leggings at the Nordstrom Rack.  They're called Legend and they're under $10 on sale at both places.  Normal price at Fred Meyer is $14.

And the boots >>>>> CRAZY SALE!!!  $60 on the Nordstrom Rack Sale side of the Nordstrom website.  I thought the original price was great, but $60!?!?!?!?!  Embellished with interest at the ankle and calf.  Take a look on the website and you can turn the boot around to see the detail.  Fantastic!!  And super duper comfortable.  I have two colors that I bought at full price.  Oh yes I did.

Those are the deets of this layered outfit.  Many of these items will be worn over and over during my time out of state.  Ok all of them.  You need them too!!!  The boots are almost sold out.  Get them if you can!!

How are you wearing your layers at this time of year?

(psst!  You'll be seeing me wearing makeup again soon!!!  oh, ugh, I know, right?  My latex blisters are almost healed after five months but I have a few that are still pretty deep.  *fingers crossed*  Until then, I will play with color via fashion.  But guess what?  I wore eyeshadow today!!!  WOOT!!!)

Check Out This Awesome Belt I Purchased At Patty's Closet in Anchorage

The belt is great and it will truly fit any size.  It matches the booties that I was wearing to a T.  I bought the belt at Patty's Closet in Anchorage, located at the Old Seward and 36th, by Johnny Chicago's.  You've got to go there.  You must.  It's required!

The dress is from Old Navy as is the sweater.  Leggings were purchased at Fred Meyer and are also available at the Nordstrom Rack.  And the two toned scarf...I think it came from Ross Stores.  And there ya go.  I need to get a good picture of the matching booties, also from Old Navy.  Very cool.  The belt pulls it all together.

How To Layer, scarf, belt, sweater, dress, leggings, boots, Old Navy, Patty's Closet,

If you're in the 907 and visit Patty's Closet website, our store is the one with the hot pink walls.  Awesome!!!  And, since Hawaii is our other Alaska, our sister state, you'll find one in Honolulu as well.  Have a check around the website until probably next week when I am able to get my blog post done.

JD Sports In The UK Has All The Workout Gear That You Will Ever Need!!!

I was fortunate to be contacted by a representative from JD Sports, a website in the UK that sells all kinds of name brand athletic gear.  They have all your favorites; Nike, Converse, Adidas, LaCoste and more for men, women and children.  The inventory includes clothing, accessories and shoes.  The prices are listed in British pounds, and if you're not in the UK, you can quickly look up the current exchange rate at a trusted exchange website.  The UK sizing is a little different than US, like I'm used to, but customer service can help you with that, in addition to the charts which accompany each brand.  You should definitely look up different sizing charts listed with the different brands because they might vary a little.

It took me awhile to write up my post due to having surgery and a horrible latex allergy to the mask used during surgery.  I'm still not all healed, and my face is a little scarred, but it's able to be camoflauged at this point, so thankfully, I was finally up to appearing in the pictures taken by the ol' hubster.

Nike and Converse are my two favorite brands.  I've been wearing both since I was a wee lass and there were so many cool items I wanted, it was just really hard to choose.  I mean, just look at this T:

Converse Chucks shirt

Cute!  There was one in a coral that I had really wanted, but I decided to go Nike down the line when I saw this sweatshirt:

Nike Swoosh Just Do It Hoody
Nike Hoody, Swoosh, Just Do It

As it happens, I was looking for a new hoody, and I love the colors of this zip-up sweatshirt with a hood for wind or rain.  It's a blue-grey with light pink Nike and the trademarked Swoosh stripe beneath it.  I ordered an XL.  At the time of the order, I weighed about 25 pounds less but gained a lot from not being able to move around or drive myself for months.  And then the doctor put me on long-term steroids.  But my point is that it fit me when I ordered it and it fits me now.  And I have ample room to wear it over a sweater, like I often do.

I live in Alaska.  We are experts at layering because we have to.  I wear this hoody nearly every day to doctor's appointments and physical therapy!  I wear it over a long sleeve and under my jacket when I go to PT.  It is a good medium weight hoody, which makes me very happy.  Light weight hoodies aren't my favorite as they don't wash up well and tend to pill.  Not so with a medium weight hoody.  At my physical therapy place, it's freezing in there, so even if it's warm outside, I wear my hoody.  A girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do!!!

You have to have good, fun and exciting workout clothes, in my opinion to get in the proper frame of mind to hit that workout and push through the pain.  When I wear this hoody, I feel like a superstar!!!

Here are some diva modeling shots to give you a better idea of the hood and such.

You can find my awsome and I mean AWESOME  Nike Rally Logo Hoody here.  I'm not kidding, when I was a medium I loved the fit and I still do when I'm a, gulp, large.

I was so torn on getting a Converse shirt to go with my Chucks, but I thought I'd stick with the Nike theme and ordered this shirt, (I'm sorry, it's not currently availble):

Nike signal Tshirt, Just Do It, Swoosh, JD Sports

I also ordered this in an XL, which was huge when I received it.  I thought it would be more of the juniors type of fit, where I usually take an XL.  (Please ignore the double chin there.  I'm very self-conscious about the weight gain, naturally).  It's still a bit big, although in my picture, the fit looks perfect.  Look how great it goes with my hoody!!!

Nike Hoody, swoosh, logo signal T-shirt, Just Do It, JD Sports

Lastly, because I knew I would be on crutches for awhile, although I had no idea I would still use them off and on for the next six months, I ordered a backpack to carry all my stuff.  This is the perfect size for me and I love it, too.

Nike Just Do it backpack, JD Sports

This is the Nike Just Do It mini backpack, again sold out in this color combination.  There's the same mini backpack in a different color combinations or you can find a wide variety of backpacks at this link at JD Sports.  I chose it because it is small, yet plenty big enough for a water bottle, wallet, phone, 15 kinds of lip gloss, kleenex, and more, but not so big that I would fill it too full and irritate my neck, which is still healing from the double fusion I had over the summer.  This size of backpack is also perfect for a runner or skier.

The next picture shows the relative size in comparison to my Iphone 5.

And, I have a few pictures to show how it is the perfect backpack for someone healing from several surgeries.  Just an FYI, my knee surgery only discovered that my knee is completely shot due to arthritic process, and I'll continue to use the snot out of my backpack for several months to come.  I'm so thankful to have this, especially, and the hoody.  That physical therapy department is COLD!!

Nike swoosh, just do it, JD Sports, hoody, tshirt, backpackNike swoosh, just do it, JD Sports, hoody, tshirt, backpack

I can easily carry the backpack on my back, or in my hand with it on the crutch because it is so light and I won't overfill it.  This was something that I'd looked all over Anchorage for before I had surgery.  I hadn't been able to carry a purse for two years due to the fall on the ice that started all these surgeries and with winter arriving as soon as I had knee surgery, I knew my jacket pockets wouldn't hold everything I needed.

Nike hoody, swoosh, Just Do It, backpack, tshirt, Logo, JD SportsNike hoody, swoosh, Just Do It, backpack, tshirt, Logo, JD Sports

I'm such a Nike fan!  And a fan of JD Sports online.  The service was very quick.  I wish I could say the same about myself.  I was really slowed for quite a few months.  But the Nike slogan has been something that has always inspired me.  "Just Do It".  When I was hurting and afraid of further damage by working my knee, I'd have to think "Just Do It".  Seriously.  "Get your clothes on, get your crutches, get in the car and ride, and get yourself to PT!"   Having this slogan across the top of the backpack was a Godsend to me.  It told me just do the exercise and even if the knee gets replaced, the body will be stronger to handle that kind of surgery.

So Just Do It!!!  Take a look at JD Sports for very affordable athletic gear for the whole family from all your favorite brands.

Off I go to physical therapy, but before I do, be sure to check out the website and you can also follow JD Sports on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

Adios!!  I'm on my way.  JUST DO IT!!!

Outfit of the day. How To Wear Leggings And A Sweater With A Scarf, and BOOTS!

Affiliate Link

From Fred Meyer, I purchased the grey leggings, the boot socks with the buttons sewn on the side, and the long sleeved off-white t-shirt with V neck.  It's a little sheer so I covered it with the scarf and sweater from Old Navy.  I have this sweater in a couple of colors.  I'm totally in love with it!!  (For reference, I usually buy talls since I'm 5'8" but this sweater is in the regular length.)

The boots are SO comfortable.  Actually the whole outfit was.  I'm sorry about the wierdness of my neck.  Being in the neck brace for nine months left it pretty bumpy and I have to try and figure out what to do to fix the muscles, etc.

Anyway, the Enzo Angiolini boots at Nordstrom are now on sale for almost $100 OFF!!!  Get them HERE and get them NOW!  (gah!  I paid full price for both of mine.  wow!)  They're only $60 now!!!

Today I really get it why this look is so popular.  It's SO comfortable!!!  After I took the pictures, I threw on my leg brace and it didn't totally kill the look.  *High five*

Check Out My Awesome Rain Boots

Here they are pictured in the store called Above The Zone.  It's in the Northway Mall in Anchorage, next to Burlington.  It is owned by my beautiful childhood friend Deb, who also owns Dollar Zone.  Above The Zone is more of a boutique, having all types of fashion and makeup items.

These boots are super comfortable and I think they were around $14.  Outstanding!!!  They are happy, happy boots!  They have a wedge heel which is very comfortable.  I've got a wobbly ankle so sometimes if a wedge is too high, I can't do it.  This is just perfect.  Style, cuteness and functionality.

We've been having a really warm winter with lots of rain lately.  The main roads are like swimming pools and the neighborhoods are like a roller coaster as you go over and under the ice berms and puddles.  This is perfect weather for my rubber boots.  I LOVE THEM.  I just love them.  They are to the knee...perfection!!

How CUTE is this thermal top with cut outs on the arm from Kohl's?

It's available in many colors. I can't tell you which right now. My son called while I was in the dressing room so I had to grab my purchases and check out really quickly. However, there is a new sale starting today, AND you get Kohl's cash!! Always a blessing.

In Alaska, I wear a lot of thermal tops or long sleeved t-shirts during the winter, almost 100% of mine are purchased at Kohl's. This is an awesome item. Get it!!

Shop the last day of the Kohl's sale with the coupon today! You know you want to!!

This is a sweater from the JLo Collection at Kohl's which I've been admiring for awhile. I love so many of the JLo items at Kohl's, but they are often really boxy on me. She's very short waisted and I'm very long waisted, and I think in her designs, she doesn't really take other body styles into consideration. I'd love to see that change so I could enjoy more of her offerings.

This sweater, while looking bulky, is actually really comfortable. I love the orange and it also comes in other colors. It looks like my Alaskan store was just restocked on these, even tho I expect spring fashions to show up any day. The turtleneck is loose and it's high, but very comfortable. It has hi-lo styling where the front is higher and the back is a little lower to cover whatever you may have back there. After two surgeries in 2013, one which was pretty serious and the recovery almost a whole year, I have a shelf back there that I like a hi-lo top to hide.

Bright orange makes me happy.

The one thing that I don't like is how my hand looks HUGE in a selfie in a mirror.  It's weird but what can you do?  There's really no way to avoid that.  But it's weird!!

I'll most likely be wearing this sweater with a long necklace of some type.  Maybe even a chunky one.  How would you style it?

Staying Cozy With Some Cute And Some Ugly Pajamas. PLUS A Giveaway

On several holiday trips to Target, I noticed some awesome pajamas. Some were very cute in my eyes, some were questionable and on the verge of ugly. The funny thing is that the ones that I couldn't picture anyone actually wearing were the ones that people were just clammoring over when I was in the store. Here's some pictures of some of the things I saw, both cute and questionable.

Naturally, walking in, my first stop was in the Women's section, where I looked for a Christmas sweater or t-shirt to have another to wear at Christmas dinner.  Depending on what we're doing, I'll dress up for Christmas Eve or Christmas dinner, not necessarily both or sometimes both.  But just in case, it's a good excuse to get another holiday shirt.

hilarious holiday, Target

I don't even have to tell you what I chose, do I?  Snoopy!  Although I was tempted by ALL.  Especially the Coca-Cola Santa Claus.  We have a lot of Coca-Cola Clauses in our kitchen.  And I love them, so I was really tempted.

But onto the men's department where I hoped to find some pj's for my son and maybe a holiday set of boxers for myself, too.

This year, Target was running a Hilarious Holiday campaign.  I got a real kick out of the different signs around the store like the one in the upper left hand corner.  See the Grinch boxers?  They come with a gift bag!!  In the upper right, is the Coca-Cola boxers that I got for myself.  There were so many choices!!!

If they'd had my size in the Ralphie from A Christmas Story on the lower left, I would have purchased those.  On the lower right you can see the Batman boxers which had a blue cape on the back.  Now is that hilarious or what?  They also had caped Superman boxers!

hilarious holiday boxers, Target
More awesome men's undies to chose from.  On the lower left hand side is a pair of Peanuts sleep pants.  I wanted these really badly!!!!  But I couldn't find them in my size.  I'm going to check Target online to see if they're still available.  I WANT THEM.

Moving into the pajamas:

hilarious holiday pajamas, Target

I thought these were really questionable.  They are adult men's onesies!!!  Does any guy wear these?  They even had footie Superman pj's that I saw.  They have long capes on the back, which I thought would be a little bit hard to sleep with.  However, every time I was in Target, I saw boys, teens, men and women looking at these and declaring them completely awesome.  I heard people talking about lounging in them on Christmas and weekend mornings, so I guess that just shows you what I know.

My son and I went to Target after Christmas with myself intent on looking to see if maybe I had somehow missed the Peanuts sleep pants, and he saw these onesie pj's and said "Moooooooooooooom, why didn't you get me these?!?!?!?!?!"  My heart grew three sizes that day, as did my appreciation for what I thought were ugly pajamas.

These are some of the pj's and gift items that I had purchased for my teenaged son for Christmas:

hilarious holiday gifts, Target

Do you see the pajama sets on the upper left?  I took a picture of Ralphie, but I got him the set of Superman on the bottom.  The pants are fleece and there is an accompanying t-shirt.  There were two different tins that had A Christmas Story Boxers in them.  I mean, c'mon, they're a major award!!!

On the bottom left, I purchased a Chapstick tin for his stocking.  It has three peppermint flavored Chapsticks in it, which are truly a Godsend in a long dry Alaskan winter.  On the bottom right are Superman sleep pants.  They look grey in the picture, but they are actually a true superman blue.  And the orange looking S logo is bright red.  See Cookie Monster peeking out from behind them?  I've been asking for those for two years!!!  I'll have to buy them for myself, I guess.

I want to show you that Target still has cozy pajamas in stock, as you see the plaid on the right in the lower picture.  Most of the other pj's I've shown you are still in our local stores, but they're going fast.  And, it looks like Target is gearing up to get ready for some sexy Valentine pajamas and boxers.  Uh huh, I bought Snoopy for myself!!

Valentine boxers, Target

And now we get to the giveaway!  Two of the funniest items that caught mine and my son's eyes when Target was beginning to put out holiday items were the mustached corkscrew set and the flask.  My son has been asking for a flask since he was ten!  I guess it's a cool thing for a kid to carry around??  But he still doesn't have one.  No!!  Too young!!  I can't imagine if I'd given in and he had one at school.  Gosh, what are kids thinking?  Anyway, this is the giveaway:

Amazing Klout Perk - People Magazine VIP Gift Box

People Magazine, Jamberry, Rembrandt, washi tape,

Originally posted via Instagram

I received a Klout perk of a subscription to People Magazine and was surprised to receive this People VIP gift box.  It has some cool things in it which were chosen by People's editors.

In the picture on the right at the bottom left, you see Washi tape.  This is a super trendy item that I've heard people talk about but I've never seen before.  They are colorful rolls of Japanese tape that can be used for anything...super trendy, super popular to the point of obsession.

Above the tape is a bracelet.  It is a a blue enamel bangle and you can see the silver that is at the edges and inside.

The Jamberry Nails are in the middle of the box.  Jamberry are vinyl nail wraps that can be easily applied and secured with a blow dryer.

At the top left is a box of designer note cards.  This is a thoughtful inclusion the the VIP box, particularly at this time of year when thank you cards may be needed and appropriate.

Rembrandt Intense Stain Dissolving Strips are another very thoughtful item at holiday time.  They dissolve in 5-10 minutes and claim to provide visible stain removal in 3 days with 3 times a day use.  Because the time involved is so short, they can be used while at work, in the car or whenever.  I'm going to begin using them today and will let you know of my results when finished.

Do you see the animal print at the bottom left under the Jamberry?  It's a very nice quality animal print scarf. With a pair of sunglasses, I'll be sure to be mistaken for a celebrity while wearing this scarf that bears a large trend from Fall 2013.  When I wear this, I might have to put a sign on my back that says "sorry, no autographs today".

I'd like to take this moment to say thank you both to Klout and People Magazine for this surprise box that comes with the VIP perk access to People.  This is an awesome box that took me quite by surprise and everything in it is desirable and part of some top trends as we look forward to 2014.

Shop Your Style With POPSUGAR ShopStyle!

Partnered post with Popsugar for ShopStyle

I am honored to have been hand selected as a Popsugar Blogger to be part of their We Search. We Find. We ShopStyle! collaboration with Popsugar.  I am helping to spread the word about the ShopStyle campaign that began this month and you'll see everywhere:  tv, major publications, and even taxis in NYC!!  Check out this commercial.  I love it.  It's catchy and full of style!

My contribution to this campaign, in addition to helping spread the word, is the opportunity to show you my own style, creating a faux print ad that includes the ShopStyle t-shirt....which just happens to be exactly my style, too!!!  Check it out.  These are a few of my favorite things!

Shop Style, PopSugar, We Shop Style, fashion, Steve Madden, Coach, North Face, Old Navy, Kate Spade, Kohls, Converse, Asics, tennis shoes, camoflauge

I love boots, tennis shoes, color, camo, black, layers and color, color, color.  I'm so happy that camo is a highlight this year because I will wear it in every color and in any type of item that I can.  My favorite accessories are a layer of bracelets and/or a scarf.  You can take a favorite old shirt that you've worn for years and totally change up the look by adding a scarf.  Bright colors do me just fine and jeans are a must.  Blue jeans, camo jeans, black jeans, alien jeans...I don't even care as long as they are jeans.

Let me tell you about my favorite items, starting from the top left:

Old Navy Camoflauge shirt in black, it's sheer so you get to layer.  :)
My Shop Style Tshirt layered over an Apt 9 tank top
A bright scarf from Kohl's
JLo by Jennifer Lopez Embellished Skinny Jeans
Steve Madden Monicca Boots

Next is a shirt that I got at Old Navy a few years ago that is probably the most utilized item in my waredrobe.  I wear it under everything, with everything and alone.  I love love love that color of pink.  Random scarf with it.  Alaska is a place where the weather can be freezing, suddenly warm, and back to freezing within the scope of a half hour, so layering is a must.

Next to that is my favorite Coach bag.  It has all my brights and goes with everything.
At the lower left hand corner is an Old Navy Embellished Sweatshirt.
The sweatshirt is layered with an Apt 9 shirt.

Paired with my Shop Style tshirt and Apt 9 tank top in the middle is my skinny camo jeans by Union Bay.
I wear those, and other jeans, with my brown Earth Origins boots.

Rounding the corner to the lower left, I have my favorite tennis shoes.  I love my neon Asics.  You'll see there are many varieties of neon Asics to choose from.
Of course, there's Converse, which I have been wearing since grade school, when it wasn't cool for a girl to wear them, but I did.  I've stuck it out until it became cool.  Go me!!
Neon Tek Gear shorts to encourage a workout.

Who leaves the house without their phone?  Not me!!  Mine wears a Kate Spade iphone case.
And I never leave without my North Face E-tip Gloves.  Perfection.  I've been wearing them four years and when it's really cold, I just put another glove or mitten over them.  None of the cheap knockoffs work as well.  Trust me on this.

Up the left side to the top are a variety of necklaces from various places that can be used alone or for layering.  You'll see some bracelets that I like to layer, combining colors, textures and metals, and a couple more scarves that I enjoy.

Participating in this campaign has been fun.  You'll see more items pinned to Pinterest, featured on Instagram, tweeted out, Facebooked and all other forms of social media.

(I have to show you the complication we dealt with in doing this shoot.  There was a very pouty dog who was grumping around the shoot because she wasn't allowed to walk all over it and the flash was in her eyes.  Poor spoiled baby!!)

You Must Appreciate The Detail In The Steve Madden Monicca Boots!

These moto style studded boots are absolutely delicious. They have studs all the way around, which you won't find with the knock-offs. I really feel cool when I wear these. I got mine at Nordstrom...one of my best buys of the year.

JLo Skinny Jeans With Steve Madden Moto Boots - Quick View

Affiliate Link

I adore my Steve Madden Monicaa Boots purchased from Nordstrom.  I had wanted to get these initially during the Anniversary Sale but my husband vetoed them.  What does he know?  These are so in style right now and who doesn't love a moto boot with a little bling?

Taking a very uncharacteristic route, I waited for them to go on sale again and when they did, ($127.26), I snapped them up.  They also have taupe, which is selling quicker.  Since my husband retired, I'm trying so hard to only have the one pair.  What do you think?  Taupe, too?

The first time I saw the Jennifer Lopez Embellished Skinny Jeans at Kohl's, I pictured them with these boots.  They are on clearance for a great price!!!  They fit true to size and you need them.  Just trust me and get them.  Hurry.  Clearance.  I couldn't find my size in the store so I ordered online and Kohl's ships quickly!!!

Once again....happy camper!  Just trust me and buy these jeans.  They do run really long, (good for me being 5'8"), but stick them in jeans and who's going to know?  At just $24, I'm tempted to get a back up pair.  I love them so much.

Maybe I can get my family to help me get you a better picture?  Maybe? I have picked up several other styles of boots at Hautelook.com, a website owned by Nordstrom that has incredible deals.  If you use my links, it would make me incredibly happy.  (See my disclosure policy for more information).

Are you rocking boots and skinny jeans this fall?  Or winter?  What are your go-to styles?
